Cleansing Ritual
Step 1: Preparation: Find a quiet and safe space where you feel comfortable performing the ritual.
Step 2: Set Your Intention: Take a moment to ground yourself and set your intention. Understand that your new jewelry may carry various energies, and your goal is to cleanse and infuse it with your own positive energy while preserving any existing healing Reiki energy that I have infused within your new piece of jewelry.
Step 3: Cleanse with Smoke and Selenite: a. Light your preferred incense, ensuring you follow fire safety guidelines and keep a safe distance from flammable materials.
b. Gently waft the jewelry through the cleansing smoke while visualizing any negative or stagnant energy dissipating. Say your intention aloud, such as, "I cleanse this jewelry of any negative energy, leaving only positivity behind."
c. Place the jewelry on a selenite block or in a selenite bowl. Selenite has the power to cleanse and purify energy, making it a perfect choice for this ritual.
Step 4: 24-Hour Selenite Rest: Leave the jewelry on the selenite block or in the bowl for 24 hours. During this time, selenite will continuously cleanse and purify the jewelry, leaving it with a fresh and positive energy.
Step 5: Heart-Centered Connection: After the 24-hour period, take a few moments to sit quietly. Hold the jewelry over your heart, close your eyes, and take deep, calming breaths. Visualize your own positive energy merging with the jewelry. Say your intention once more, something like, "I infuse this jewelry with my love and positivity." This is a great time to get even more specific with your intention based on your needs and wants. Maybe you want a piece to give you more confidence when you speak in public or to remind you to stay calm and centered in any and all situations.
End this ritual with a moment of gratitude and three grounding deep breaths. Turn up the corners of your mouth and say hello to you new talisman and give her a name if you feel so inclined.
Step 6: Wear and Enjoy: Your jewelry is now energetically cleansed and infused with your own positive energy. Wear it with pride, knowing that it carries your unique vibrational signature and protects you from any negative energies.
